*****MUST USE ACADEMIC SOURCES********SEE ATTACHED One question that occupies the attention of many business leaders swirls around “the future of work.” Much energy is devoted deciphering what drives Gen Z and the Millennials, particularly as the research suggests these two generations prioritize different factors than Gen X or the Boomers. For this assignment you will tackle the question “What are the top three challenges facing Gen Z and Millennials?” You must address all of the following items:  Integrate two topics from two different chapters in our OB text  Include at least six citations from reputable business press sources. See the Sources & References section for further details.  Note: Only complete assignments will be accepted for grading.  No late papers will be accepted.  Maximum point value for this assignment is 15 points. Formatting As this is an academic paper, your tone should match what you would find in a professional business environment. Avoid all use of slang, casualness, contractions, and poor grammar as these will result in a loss of points. Your paper must conform to the following style guidelines:  APA, 7th edition, 12-point font in Times New Roman  Double-spaced  1” margins  Use of first person is permissible Paper Components Introduction – In no more than one page, describe what the paper is about and why it is important. Think of your Introduction as a roadmap: what can your reader expect? What evidence will you offer to support your premise? What will be the key take-aways of your work? Discussion of Themes – This should be roughly two pages and center on the question above. You should weave at least one or both OB themes into this section. Recommendations for Employers – There should be a direct tie to your three points made in the prior section, Discussion of Themes. Imagine using these two pages to answer the question “so what?” Conclusion – Your Conclusion offers a recap to what you covered in the paper. Ideally it pulls together the key threads of your Discussion and Recommendations sections into a series of compact arguments that form a logical conclusion. MANA 3318 Professor Leefers Sources & References Use at least six business sources. These can be academic articles accessed through the UTA library databases or high quality “popular press” materials, such as The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Review, The Financial Times, or Business Insider. If you are not certain if an article meets the required standard, you may email me the link for review. Each source should be cited in text and listed in the references list at the end of the paper. Only sources cited in text should be included in the reference list. The reference list should not contain any sources that are not cited in text. You may reference the textbook, but this will not count as an outside source. Use the following reference entry: Nelson, D., & Quick, J. C. (2020). ORGB (6th ed). Cengage. Style Use APA (7th edition) style for in-text citations and reference list. The Purdue Online Writing Lab offers a good resource for APA style: https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style/apa_formatting_and_style_guide/in_ text_citations_the_basics.html In-Text Citation Example: Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020, both anecdotal reports (Evans, 2021) and data-driven surveys (American Nurses Foundation, 2020) reveal a disproportionate negative impact on nurses’ well-being. Frequently asked questions

How soon can I get my paper done?

It depends with your deadline. If you need your paper completed in 3 hours, we will deliver it in that time. All you need to do is indicate your deadline in our custom order page here. Alternatively, if you are sending us your instructions via email, please be sure to indicate your deadline.

Will it be completely original? I don't want to be caught in a case of Academic Integrity Violation.

We are as paranoid as you are. Maybe even more! And we understand that the greatest sin you can commit in your academic journey is plagiarizing your academic work. To that end, we have made sure that we check and double-check our papers using high quality plagiarism detection tools such as SafeAssign and Turnitin before submitting the paper to you.

Who is my writer? Is he/she a native English Speaker?

All our writers are native English Speakers. That is not to say that ESL writers are not good, we just prefer hiring native writers because we want the very best people working on your paper. This might mean paying a little bit more for your paper as opposed to when you pay a foreign company whose writers are non-native English Speakers.

What if I need revisions? Will your charge additional for this?

Of course not! If you do happen to require a revision on your paper, our team will handle it for you free of charge. Matter of fact, we won’t rest till you are happy with your paper. So, ask for as many revisions as you need, it’s completely FREE!

Will you give me my money back if I don't like my paper?

We have very few instances where we delivered a paper that a client didn’t fall in love with. But if it so happens that you don’t like your paper for any reason whatsoever, we’ll refund your money back no questions asked.

I have more assignments after this, can you help me with those too?

Of course! And what’s even better is that we can reserve a writer permanently to work on your entire class. This comes in handy for projects which build up on each other and where you need just one writer, one writing style.

I got my order information wrong, can I change that?

Yes you can. Just reach out to our support team via email (support@essaynook.com) or live chat here and they’ll help you change the instructions.

Can I place an order via email instead of going through the order page?

Yes you can. Email Anna at anna@essaynook.com, she’s in charge of our sales team. Alternatively, you can talk to our Live Chat team here and request to speak to Anna.
